Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging. The following items are exempt from returns:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Customized Products

Customized lighting products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once shipped, unless there are issues with quality or shipping damage. In such cases, please contact us for assistance.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Payment Fees and Duties

Refunds will not include any payment fees or duties incurred during the purchase. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
